Location: 100% Remote – company is based in EST hours

Duration: initial 3-4 month contract with likely potential to extend – permanent potential based upon job performance/attendance

Pay: pay is determined by city/state location as determined by the US federal government

Hours: looking for flexibility to work 8 hour shift between 7AM-10PM EST any day (some schedule restrictions can be accommodated)

Position Summary: This position will assist in the Whitehouse initiative to distribute at-home COVID tests supporting the CDC. Representatives will be handling the hotline or people to give their information to register to get their tests mailed to them. There will also be a website for people to register, but even with that they are expecting 1 million calls per day. This will be a very high volume call center/csr role.

Representatives will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers looking to register their tests into the system.

Qualifications:

  • PC/Windows laptop – no Apple Mac Laptops (will not work with required software)
  • Ability to hardware computer to internet router (ethernet cord will be required)
  • Previous call center experience required
  • Understanding of internet video platforms like Zoom and Teams is required
  • Understanding of internet browsers and downloading applications within them is necessary – candidates will need to download the software for their soft phones, systems to connect to, etc. (same, can we get training in this)
  • Job longevity
