So I ran into Ernestine Johnson-Morrison at Actors Night Out a couple of weeks ago. Her energy was everything and I loved what she had to say while on stage! She certainly mentioned her upcoming event, but I had NO IDEA what I was in for! The monthly network event, Green Lit ATL, upped the ante on what to expect from Atlanta’s top professional film & TV resources!
What is Green Lit ATL?
One of the best networking events I’ve been to, Green Lit ATL links creatives with some of Atlanta’s top entertainment professionals! They offer food, drinks, exposure, as well as tangible resources and tools to enhance and further any actor’s career. The event is on the first Thursday of every month at the Entrepreneurship Complex (“eComplex”), a 4,000 square foot content creation center for entrepreneurs.
They are kicking that same ish I be on!
One of the biggest things I promote is what Nike has been saying for decades: Just Do It. I am constantly talking about Setting The Tone- as in setting the tone for your own life. Well, Green Lit ATL is all about creating your own content to create more professional opportunities! The event featured short films by local talent. The vibe was amazing and exponentially inspiring!!

As usual, I whipped out my Sony mirrorless and snapped a few photos and video. The lighting was dimmed and I can’t seem to find my camera flash charger, which is a doozy. Yet, I was able to crank out a couple of photos and video clips. Let me know whatcha think!
